Suzie says –
“As a mum baby massage and baby yoga encouraged me to form a stronger bond with my son, allowing me to gain deeper physical awareness of him and helping me to re-gain my fitness. My little son suffered with terrible colic and silent reflux in his early months, during this time I gained great first hand experience of what helps. For me teaching classes is the most rewarding part of my day. I can teach you privately in your home, or I run private group classes in London.”

About the style of baby massage Suzie teaches…
Developmental baby massage
This style of baby massage combines massage and movements (soft gymnastics), encouraging you and your baby to relax and have fun together. Regular practice helps build your confidence and will help ease birth trauma, colic, constipation and Eczema.
It can help improve sleeping and to calm babies with reflux (it helped my son). Massage works muscles and the joints, increases flexibility, improves skin condition and teaches you a lovely skill for life. Full written handouts are provided and access to online revision videos.
Some of the swings and holds include ‘Tiger in the tree’ to help ease wind and can help babies with reflux buy using postured angles reduce pain. You will also learn the ‘Tailor swing pose’ that is a fun hold/swing that helps promote good sitting posture, helps open hips and works with the vestibular system (inner ear/balance) to teach the baby they are moving rather than the world around them.
What parents say…
“Since doing the course Baby James now enjoys a daily massage during nappy-off time. Many of our friends & family have looked on jealously & commented that theyd love the same treatment to get them in the mood for sleep!
I would thoroughly recommend this to any carer of a small baby”
Rebecca & James
“Baby massage with Suzie is the most fun and beneficial class we do.
The choices of tea and posh biscuits are an extra treat!”
