This Saturday 8th Sept I will be running a little workshop that will teach you about which essential oils are good for encouraging calm. You will then use this knowledge to create your own calming aromatherapy mist for all the family (or maybe just for you!).
I will show you some simple calming massage, moves and breathing to help relax you, your baby & children to help start to release those calming endorphins before bedtime.
You will also receive a mini tension release shoulder massage from me (5mins) and you can help yourself to croissants, tea and coffee.
