Have you always loved making potions like me? When I was little I used to make ‘perfumes’ from water and rose petals (and many other random things!), now I am a grown up and a fully qualified aromatherapist I can create real potions from essential oils as aromatherapy mists, these mists can help evoke relaxation, ease anxiety or be more energetic and uplifting, some oils such as Rosemary can aid concentration where as citrus scents can lift mood.
At this workshop you will get to smell and learn about essential oils, then you can choose your favourites and under my expert guidance you can experiment with creating your own unique blend. Making your own mist to perhaps help you with sleep or to help clear your mind for work. You can then have fun creating your own label and name for your mist to take home with you.
You will make and take home with you:
1 x Aromatherapy mist
